- Who Can Apply: Malaysian university students.
- Team Size: A minimum of 2 individuals in a group.
- Project Focus: Ideas, products, or innovations that are technology-based and not yet commercialised.
- Commitment to Entrepreneurship: A strong desire to set up or register a company/business after completing the program.
- Team Involvement: At least one core team member must be working full-time on the business.
- Time Commitment: Willingness to commit at least 40 hours to the program (many activities are also accessible online).
