Kuala Lumpur, 17 October 2025 – The Center for Foundation Studies in Science (PASUM), Universiti Malaya, hosted an inspiring engagement session under the CelcomDigi UniConnect with Universiti Malaya initiative, themed “S.A.F.E Internet: Building Trust in the Age of Digital Everything.”
The event, held at PASUM’s Auditorium, brought together over 450 participants comprising students and lecturers for an insightful discussion on digital safety, data privacy, and responsible online behaviour.
The session was led by Stephanie Leong, Head of Change Management C Employer Brand, and Adeline Wok, CSR Specialist from CelcomDigi Berhad. Their engaging session covered key topics such as Safe Internet practices, anti-scam awareness, and the importance of future digital skills.
Both speakers underscored the importance of building digital trust, especially in an era where online interactions dominate personal, academic, and professional spaces.
The programme also highlighted CelcomDigi’s S.A.F.E Internet initiative — an educational movement that promotes a Secure, Aware, and Fair Environment online.
